The Plug-In "REFLEX-Production" supports the production of devices.

The module consists of four main parts:

1. Manufacturing bills of material
A "Manufacturing bills of material" indicated which items are needed to produce a given device:

• Devices
• Service (external processing, such as painting)
• Working time
• Assemblies, which can contain Assemblies (Up to 10 levels!)

A manufacturing bill of material (BOM, Assemblies) is attached to an item in the item base data. It can contain any desired number of positions (items). Assemblies can also include another Assemblies. These are (optionally) dissolved in the production order.

2. BOM calculations
Based on the parts list and purchase prices a BOM can be calculated.

3. Spreadsheet
The Spreadsheet calculation is for fast calculations. Here you can freely put items together and calculate them. But you can also access parts lists (BOM) to create a calculations.

4. Fertigungsaufträge
A production order is generated from a parts list. It include information about the product to be manufactured, the quantity, a link to a customer order etc.

Optional serial numbers for the finished products are produced and stored. The administration of Chargnumbers is possible.

During the course of production, the inventory charged and booked the finished article.
