The REFLEX-CalendarManager allows you to view and schedule appointments for persons, vehicles, rooms, etc. The dates are thereby showns graphically in several variants (views), for example in a daily, weekly and monthly view.

The REFLEX-CalendarManager is a standalone program, but is in connection with the REFLEX database. All dates that are entered in the REFLEX-order management, are also shown in the REFLEX-CalendarManager and can be changed here. Conversely, of course, also appear the dates of the REFLEX-CalendarManager in the REFLEX-order management, if you have a job assigned to a date.

The persons, cars, rooms, etc., for which you schedule appointments, are generally referred to as "resources". To schedule a resource, it must be registered in the REFLEX Database!

It can be resource-specific skills, eg Drivers, electricians, riggers, etc. Also, a indication of the quality of a resource is possible. This information is used to indicate certain groups.

With GEVTAS-Sync you can synchronize appointments of the CalendarManager with Outlook (R).
