Support
Our support is available to all customers with a Software-Maintenance-Agreement by telephone from 08:00-17:00 clock available. From 12:00 to 13:00 we have lunch.

If telephone advice is not sufficient alone, we have the TeamViewer-Remote-Maintenance (C). So our support can make the "look over the shoulder" and see your monitor and intervene even active. Of course, the remote access is only possible if the opposition starts a special software and knows an indivual ID and password!

Customers without Software-Maintenance-Contract can contact by E-Mail via support@gevitas.de.
