If you want to print documents with MobiFlex , you can (must) use the PrintJobs-Service of REFLEX.

Reason:
The PDA / scanner itself can not print.This is (apart from special mobile printers times) not provided in mobile devices.

Therefore, it is possible to insert a printing operation in a print queue. A special program (the printing service PrintJobs) monitors the print queue permanently.

If a mobile device wants to print something, it carries the printing in the print queue, the print service will take care of the expression.

Departments:
If several departments are working with different printers and scanners, the scanner needs to know what printer and what form to use. Therefore, there is the departments-function in PrintJobs: You can create different departments and deposit there the printer used, the form and so on. The scanner is set then the right department.
