Order-oriented customer folder base path: Subfolder

This is an extension of the function "Order-oriented customer folder base path".

Here you can also automatically create 5 freely definable subfolders.

• Into the previously defined folder one can copy files such as e-mail, pictures or documents that have to do with the order.
• The purpose of this is that you can later display all the files for the job from the job with a mouse click.

Procedure:

• The procedure is described in detail in the parameter "Order-oriented customer folder base path" (see above).

• You can also automatically create 5 freely definable subfolders.
• These can be named as follows, for example: RENTAL, PICTURES, INVOICES, REPAIR, MISCELLANEOUS.

Example:

• You have an order with the number 100022.
• If the button "Create new customer folder" is pressed, the following customer folder is opened with the Windows Explorer:

D:\KUNDEN_AUFTRAEGE\100022\

• In addition to this, 5 following subfolders are created:

• • D:\KUNDEN_AUFTRAEGE\100022\ ANMIETUNG
  • D:\KUNDEN_AUFTRAEGE\100022\BILDER
  • D:\KUNDEN_AUFTRAEGE\100022\RECHNUNGEN
  • D:\KUNDEN_AUFTRAEGE\100022\REPARATUR
  • D:\CUSTOMERS_ORDERS\100022\MISC.

• Now you have quick access to these files.
