Add e-mail address

Allows you to set an automatic email to be generated when:

• The order status is changed to ORDER.
• The order belongs to a certain clientele.

For this, 3 settings must be made:

• The parameter must be switched on.
• The e-mail address must be specified with this.
• The customer group is specified via an address indicator.
