Transport permit required

What does activation of this parameter do?

An approval is required for requested items from the "against" branch (branch B)!

This only refers to the creation of the transport from the branch shortages.

If an item of the transfer order is created from branch A shortages, it must be explicitly approved (released) in the against branch (branch B: i.e. in this branch from which the items are to be transported) by an MRP controller.
