1 Order-oriented customer folder base path

Additional function with costs

This new feature should be seen as facilitating with customer contacts.  

In a fixed order-oriented customer folder, one can copy any files such as e-mail, pictures, documents that have to do with the order. 

The purpose of this is that later, when you are in an order, you can display all the information stored in this order-oriented customer folder on the screen via Windows Explorer with a mouse click.

Procedure:

First the Reflex administrator must define here in the parameter table the general customer folder base path in which the order folders are to be created.

For example:

D:\CUSTOMERS_ORDERS'

Afterwards, when a user opens an order, he sees a button on the [Memos] tab page which, depending on the situation, has the following heading:

[Create new customer folder] (if it does not exist yet)

or

[Open customer folder] (if a customer folder already exists for this order)

Example:

You have an order with the number 100022.

If this button is pressed, the following customer folder is opened with the Windows Explorer:

D:\KUNDEN_AUFTRAEGE\100022

Now you can copy or edit any files such as e-mail, pictures, documents that have to do with the order.

So you have a super fast access (only one mouse click) to everything that is in the order oriented customer folders.
