Change order status to AUFTR for certain addresses with address indicator

Allows you to specify that an automatic email is generated when:

• The order status is changed to AUFTR.
• The order belongs to a certain customer group.

For this, 3 settings must be made:

• The parameter must be switched on.
• The e-mail address must be specified.
• The customer group is specified via an address indicator.
