  • First the Reflex administrator has to define here in the parameter table the general customer folder base path in which the order folders should be created.
e.g.:
D:\CUSTOMER_ORDERS
  • After that, when a user opens an order, he sees a button on the tab page "Memos" which contains the following heading, depending on the situation:
    • "Create new customer folder" (if it does not yet exist).

    • "Open customer folder" (if a customer folder already exists for this order).


Example:

  • You have an order with the number 100022.
  • If this button is pressed, the following customer folder is opened with Windows Explorer:
