Here you can also automatically create 5 freely definable subfolders.

* Into the previously defined folder one can copy files such as e-mail, pictures or documents that have to do with the order.
* The purpose of this is that you can later display all the files for the job from the job with a mouse click.

Procedure:
*The procedure is described in detail in the parameter "Order-oriented customer folder base path" (see above).

*You can also automatically create 5 freely definable subfolders.
*These can be named as follows, for example: RENTAL, PICTURES, INVOICES, REPAIR, MISCELLANEOUS.

Example:

* You have an order with the number 100022.
* If the button '''"Create new customer folder"''' is pressed, the following customer folder is opened with the Windows Explorer:
