Set the [date-from] in the respective position to the actual dispense date for stock output.

Explanation (example)'

*Conditions:
**1.) There is an item XXX with total quantity 1 (stock).
**2.) The parameter is inactive (not set).

Suppose an item in the order (A) with item XXX has the "Date-From" 15.08.2022.
However, this item is already issued on 10.08.2022 (5 days earlier).
If the parameter is not set (despite the item being dispensed earlier)
the item retains the originally intended "date-from" 15.08.2022.

;The dispo check problem:

If the item XXX is still in another order (B)
in an item with "date-from" 12.08.2022 to "date-to" 14.08.2022,
then the dispo check does NOT "know" that this item was already issued on 10.08.2022 in another order (A).

Thus, the dispo check for order (B) will NOT show a shortage, because the "date-from" in order (A) is 15.08.2022.

;If this parameter is active,
:then the "date-from" in the item (order (A)) is set to the actual stock issue date (here: 10.08.2022).
:Consequently, the dispo check in order (B) will show a shortage for item XXX.
